Our bouquets and plants are available for delivery across the North East and can be delivered to the following postcodes from Monday to Saturday: 

NE1-NE13, NE15-NE46, DH1-DH9 & SR1-SR8

Delivery is Free for NE1 postcodes and then £5 for local Newcastle/Gateshead deliveries. Beyond our local boundaries, delivery starts from £6.50.

Same day delivery is available when ordered before midday, but you must specify this at the time of ordering. Use our date and time picker at the checkout.

There is also the option for pickup at the checkout so you can choose to collect your order from our shop on your specified delivery date and time.

Your order will be delivered on the day selected by you at checkout. Same day delivery is available for bouquets ordered before 12pm on the day of delivery. We will contact you if this for some reason is not possible.

We provide delivery time slots for morning or afternoon as we cannot guarantee specific times during busy periods. If you require a very specific date and time, please order well in advance and let us know the specifics in the card message section upon checkout. We do try to cater to our customers needs as best we can.

We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond our control i.e. fire, flood or mechanical breakdown of delivery vehicles.

Our delivery drivers will always do their best to deliver bouquets directly to the intended recipient, however, in certain circumstances, this is not possible (e.g. commercial premises that only allow delivery to main reception or postrooms). We do not accept liability for flowers once a delivery has been accepted.

We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order. We will try our best to contact customers if we notice that postcodes or street names do not match up, but this is not always possible.

We reserve the right to substitute any flowers with suitable alternatives if we do not have the pictured flower in stock. These will be to the same value and will be selected at our professional discretion.

5th Avenue guarantees our flowers for 5 days, starting from the day of delivery. If you are not happy with the condition of your flowers or you find them to be damaged, then you must contact us via email or telephone within 24 hours of them being received. 

WE WILL ALWAYS ASK FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT A COMPLAINT BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT, CREDIT NOTE OR A REFUND IS GRANTED.
